By using the services, you agree to the following Company Policies set forth.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

For your convenience, we proudly accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and cash

 CANCELATION POLICIES AND FEES

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Showing up late to your appointment means I may not have the time to complete your service. You will still be charged for the total amount whether the service is completed or not.

LATE POLICY

A late arrival may require rescheduling your appointment to keep our other client appointments on schedule.‍

CHECK-IN

We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of your service may be adjusted not to interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

CHILDREN

WAXED BY BROOKLYNN is a professional salon that strives to provide all our clients with the finest possible salon experience. We respectfully request no babies or children under 14. Our boutique salon setting is intended to be a luxurious retreat from everyday life, giving every salon client a wonderful and relaxing salon experience. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

TIPPING AND GRATUITIES

Tipping is always at the discretion of the client. If you want to leave a gratuity for your service provider, you are welcome to add that to your client ticket at check-out.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please leave all jewellery and valuable items at home. WAXED BY BROOKLYNN is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process requests and provide additional information.

WAXING POLICY

WAXED BY BROOKLYNN is not responsible for sensitive skin or the tearing of the skin due to excessive waxing or the use of Retin-A or similar products. All waxing services have a 3-day guarantee. If you find missed hair, please give us a call.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will communicate any changes in pricing and services to the best of our ability if any changes occur. Our prices are always discussed in consultations, and pricing/services are based on the client's needs through our direction and advice.

If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, please contact the salon within 24 of your service, and we will happily schedule a complimentary service to achieve the precise outcome you desire. We guarantee that you will be pleased with your service. Like other professional studios, we do not offer cash refunds.

WALK-INS WELCOME

While we encourage scheduling an appointment, we do welcome walk-in clients. However, it is based on availability. There may be a waiting period if we are busy, or you might have to schedule an actual appointment
